About The Position

Requirements
- A positive attitude and great energy.
- Experience teaching Mat Pilates classes.
- Knowledge of Pilates techniques, proper alignment, breathing, and core engagement.
- The ability to create fun, engaging, and effective classes for different fitness levels.
- A friendly, motivating, and professional personality.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals.
Nice To Haves
- A relevant Pilates certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging Mat Pilates classes
- Guide clients through exercises that improve core strength, flexibility, balance, and posture.
- Provide clear instructions and modifications for different abilities.
- Create a welcoming, supportive, and positive studio environment.
- Help clients feel confident, strong, and motivated throughout their fitness journey.
