About The Position
Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is seeking part-time Masters Swim Coaches to lead our 6:00am and 6:30am practices. Our LSF team is U.S. Masters Swimming (USMS) registered and competes in several meets throughout the year, along with open water swims.
Requirements
- Competitive swimming background — collegiate or high school experience required
- Ability to coach all levels, from 1:20 to 2:00 pace per 100 yards
- Strong communication skills and an energizing on-deck presence
- Early morning availability and reliability
Nice To Haves
- Coaching or swim instruction experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead structured workouts for adult swimmers of varied abilities
- Provide stroke technique feedback and individual coaching
- Build a positive, motivating team culture on deck
- Support swimmers preparing for meets and open water events
