About The Position
The role of Master is a key on-board management position responsible for guest satisfaction by managing all crew and all areas of cruise operation either directly or indirectly through ship based Heads of Department. The Master of a Coral Expeditions vessel is required to represent the very best interests of the company at all times. This position would suit a motivated person who is looking for a change and new challenge as a part of a well-established nationwide marine team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and management skills with a desire to coach and develop others
- Ability work well in a team environment
- Demonstrated safe working practices mindset
- Master Unlimited
- Proficiency in Survival Craft
- Crowd control & Crisis Management
- International AMSA Medical
- Remote Area First Aid & Advanced CPR
- ASSB or other country equivalent discharge book
- Passport
Nice To Haves
