About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for an Automotive Master Technician to join their team at Napleton Italian Imports (Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Fiat) in Carmel, Indiana. This role is responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance according to dealer and factory standards, aiming to build customer loyalty through effective diagnosis and repair. This is an opportunity to join a large and successful automotive dealership group with significant growth potential.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician required.
Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Nice To Haves

ASE and or Manufacturer certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
Adequately explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
Maintains an organized and neat service bay
