Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on real world experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
- Experience with most models
- Familiarity with diagnostic platforms
- A “fix it right the first time” mindset
- Personal accountability and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on pickups and automobiles
- Identify root cause failures and related damage
- Work closely with advisors and parts to deliver efficient turnaround
- Maintain a clean, professional workspace
- Represent the shop with professionalism when supporting towing operations
