Requirements

Master Auto Tech certification or equivalent experience.
Proven dealership or independent automotive repair experience.
Strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical repair.
Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, ADAS technology, and schematics interpretation.
Skilled in diesel engine repair, vehicle maintenance procedures, wheel alignment techniques, and auto body repair basics.
Proficient with scan tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools necessary for complex repairs.
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately.
Strong mechanical knowledge.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience working with all makes and models.
Willingness to learn is essential.
