Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on real world experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
- Experience with most models
- Familiarity with diagnostic platforms
- A “fix it right the first time” mindset
- Personal accountability and attention to detail
- Diagnoses the root cause, not just the symptom
- Sees everything affected in a failure
- Thinks through problems instead of guessing
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on pickups and automobiles
