About The Position

We are seeking driven, talented, and dedicated Automotive Technicians to join our stand-alone, family-owned Lincoln dealership. At Germain Lincoln, we value long-term growth, professional development, and rewarding hard work. Requirements

  • 2–10+ years of dealership experience
  • Ability to properly diagnose and resolve vehicle concerns through analysis and testing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented and reliable
  • Adherence to all shop policies, safety, and environmental standards
  • Maintains a complete and up-to-date toolbox
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Ford Certified Technician (2–4 yrs. experience): $2,500
  • Master Technician (5–8 yrs. experience): $5,000
  • Senior Master Technician (8–10+ yrs. experience): $7,500
  • UTI Graduates: $1,500

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using Ford diagnostic tools and systems
  • Complete complex repairs including engine, transmission, electrical, and advanced vehicle systems
  • Ensure all repairs are completed correctly the first time to minimize comebacks
  • Follow all Ford and Lincoln warranty policies and procedures, ensuring proper documentation and claim accuracy
  • Assist and mentor other technicians with diagnostics and repair procedures
  • Maintain current Ford certifications and stay up to date with all training requirements and service bulletins
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle conditions, required repairs, and timelines
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency while upholding quality standards
  • Adhere to all safety policies and dealership procedures
