About The Position

Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Concord is hiring an experienced Master Technician for their Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT service team. This role is responsible for identifying necessary vehicle service and performing repair, maintenance, and diagnostic work to the highest manufacturer standards. The position offers a high-volume shop, manufacturer-level training, and a company with resources to support growth. Pay ranges from $30 to $50 per hour for Senior-Level Technicians, based on skill level, manufacturer certifications, and job performance.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training strongly preferred.
5+ years of dealership technician experience.
Designated Master Technician by respective manufacturer (ASE Master where required).
Completed manufacturer training including diagnostics, EV, diesel, and specialty vehicles.
Completed necessary manufacturer training to perform all warranty repairs on all model vehicles.
State inspection/emissions license as required by state.
Valid Driver's License required.
Thorough knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and technical manuals.
Proficiency with power tools, test equipment, and shop technology.
Strong communication skills — able to interact clearly with customers, service advisors, and management.

Responsibilities

Examine customer vehicles and identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
Perform vehicle repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic services efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
Estimate cost of repairs and document all services performed.
Follow dealership and manufacturer service guidelines on all repairs.
Request necessary parts and effectively utilize available technologies.
Maintain CSI scores at or above company standards.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
Record all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system.
Participate in required training and stay current on manufacturer updates.
