Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician
- Valid driver’s license and personal tools
Nice To Haves
- Toyota or OEM certifications are a big plus!
- ASE Certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with both new and pre-owned vehicles
- A team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Expertly diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems including engines, brakes, transmissions, HVAC, suspension, and more.
- Ensure all repairs meet Toyota and dealership quality standards.
- Collaborate with service advisors to clearly communicate diagnostics and repair timelines.
- Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing factory training and advanced diagnostic technology.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace.
