Master Technician Training Program Overview What is the Master Technician Training Program? Renn Kirby will provide full automotive repair training beginning with basic lube tech or tire tech training until the employee is Master Level Certified. On Day 1 you will be assigned manufacturer PAID training designed to ensure optimal performance and development. Your progress will be monitored as you develop from a Lube Tech, to a Main Shop technician, to a Master Technician with either Chevrolet or Kia.
