The Master Scheduler is responsible for translating customer demand into a feasible manufacturing schedule while balancing capacity, material availability, labor resources, and inventory objectives. This position owns the Master Production Schedule (MPS), supports SIOP/S&OP processes, monitors production performance, and drives continuous improvement in planning systems and processes. The Master Scheduler serves as the central coordination point between Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Customer Service to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory performance. This position requires the ability to read instructions represented in manuals and follow these instructions. This position exists in a temperature controlled environment.
