About The Position
Audix is seeking a Master Scheduler to manage and optimize our production schedule for high-quality microphone manufacturing. This role ensures alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and material availability to support on-time delivery and efficient operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of scheduling/planning experience in manufacturing
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-mix environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in electronics or audio product manufacturing
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on forecasts and customer orders
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and engineering to ensure schedule execution
- Monitor material availability and adjust schedules to address constraints
- Track and report on schedule attainment and on-time delivery
- Lead weekly production planning discussions
- Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy (BOMs, lead times, routings)
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and capacity planning
