The Master Scheduler will be responsible for attending regularly scheduled meetings with NSWC Executive leadership, NSWG-8 leadership, SOCOM Leadership, and Staff. This role involves building, documenting, and maintaining a Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the Transition Planning Team (TPT). The Master Scheduler will utilize the POA&M to generate a discrete task list and work directly with the TPT scribe to update and maintain these documents. Key responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and reporting on the critical path and cross-organizational dependencies, actively flagging schedule conflicts, resource constraints, or delays to TPT leadership, and proposing mitigation strategies or schedule workarounds. The role also involves establishing the initial TPT schedule baseline and managing formal changes to the POA&M as the transition scope evolves.
