About The Position
North Range Behavioral Health invites master's students to join our dynamic Food Services team for a hands-on internship. This internship offers a challenging and rewarding experience where you will gain invaluable skills in residential program nutrition services while helping our agency make a tangible impact on individuals in critical need. Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a master's level program relevant to the placement at an accredited institution.
- Be in good standing with your university or college.
- Successfully complete a background check, including fingerprinting and drug screening.
- Annual Flu vaccine and TB testing is required.
Responsibilities
- Become familiar with food service activities of various agency programs providing meals to clients.
- Gain first-hand knowledge on scheduling food deliveries, planning menus, procurement of supplies, inventory control, meal prep, cost effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and budget planning.
