About The Position

Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Master’s Level Clinician (BCBA/Behavior Consultant) to join their team. This role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles, collecting and analyzing client data, providing services to caregivers, consulting with senior BCBAs, conducting assessments and functional behavior assessments, supervising 1:1 services, managing behavior intervention plans, and performing administrative tasks. The position is available for immediate start and applications will be reviewed weekly until filled. Selected candidates must pass a background check. Requirements

  • At minimum 1 year (2000 hours) work experience with clients using the principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited University in Applied Behavior Analysis OR a Master's Degree in Education, Speech Therapy, Psychology, and enrolled in or graduated from an accredited Behavior Analytic Program.
  • 12 months minimum experience conducting client observations and assessments.
  • 12 months minimum experience supervising providers implementing ABA-based treatment programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst). Must be licensed in the State of Kansas as a Licensed Behavior Analyst.
  • At minimum 1 year of training service providers to work with clients with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
  • Experience conducting interventions or research with clients with behavior challenges.
  • Experience conducting family trainings on ABA based treatment plans.
  • 12 months minimum experience working with families in home and/or community-based settings.
  • Proficiency with Word and/or other word processing programs.
  • Data analysis experience (SPSS, Excel etc.).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills as evidenced in work history.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills as evidenced in work history.

Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles to address communication, feeding, behavior, adaptive daily living, and social skills, and update as necessary.
  • Design data collection systems to track and evaluate client progress on treatment plan objectives.
  • Provide behavior analytic services to caregivers, assess their skill acquisition and problem-solving abilities, offer support and guidance on behavioral challenges, update them on progress, and collect data on their implementation of treatment plan goals.
  • Consult with senior BCBAs on behavior and programming issues, staying in close contact to identify changes in client behavior and discuss changes in procedures for behavior management and skill acquisition.
  • Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP to determine a client's ability to perform certain tasks.
  • Observe client behavior, interview providers and parents regarding client behavior, and determine the function of behavior.
  • Supervise 1:1 services, observe implementers providing treatment to clients, review their documentation and data collection, and provide feedback as needed.
  • Create, maintain, and modify function-based behavior intervention plans.
  • Perform administrative tasks including phone calls, email responses, documentation, travel between clients, and other assigned duties.
