About The Position

Seeking a Master's Clinician in the Concord, NH area to provide evidence-based behavioral health services and crisis intervention across diverse populations. You will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop recovery-centered treatment plans, and coordinate care across office, home, and community settings. Requirements

A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy is required.
License-eligible candidates will be considered.
A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.

Nice To Haves

Independent clinical licensure (e.g., LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, MLADC/LADC) in the state of New Hampshire is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct intake interviews, mental health evaluations, and diagnostic assessments (e.g., CANS/ANSA, DSM-5-TR) for children, youth, and adults.
Build measurable, recovery-centered treatment plans.
Provide individual, child, family, and group psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based practices.
Perform risk assessments and provide immediate crisis assessment, prevention, and planning.
Act as a liaison, coordinating care and collaborating closely with medical professionals, external agencies, and community partners.
Deliver care where it is needed most, seamlessly operating across office, home, school, and community settings.
Maintain accurate, timely Electronic Health Records (EHR) adhering to Medicaid, state, federal, and agency standards.
