We provide a full spectrum of compassionate and evidence-based treatment, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, as well as psychopharmacology services. Requirements

  • Licensure: Must be eligible to apply for independent licensure within 2 years.
  • Education: Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field.
  • Skills: Sensitivity to cultural diversity. Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, client-centered individual therapy (in-person and via telehealth) to a diverse outpatient caseload.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation.
  • Provide a minimum of 8 client contact hours per week.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
  • Uphold the highest clinical standards in accordance with BAMSI, DPH, DMH, and CARF regulations.
