Position Title: Behavior Clinician, Waiver Services Reports To: Behavior Management Coordinator Wage: $35-$38/hour starting pay A significant part of being a Behavior Clinician is building one’s caseload. Newly-hired Clinicians have the option to remain at part-time status until a full caseload is attained or they may supplement a full-time status by providing other services (ABA, DSP, PAC, etc…) at a lower reimbursement rate. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, applied behavioral analysis or another applied health service area of psychology
  • Valid driver's license, registration, and insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible availability

Responsibilities

  • Manage direct and indirect case supervision (80-90% of role).
  • Engage in clinical staff and parent meetings/training sessions (10-20% of role).
  • Assess challenging behavior, develop interventions, and monitor implementation.
  • Create treatment goals, protocols, and data systems.
  • Evaluate client progress, coordinate care, and handle crisis intervention as required.
  • Attend ongoing professional development and related assignments.
