About The Position

Join our team as a Master Production Scheduler, where you'll help shape how products move from plan to production across a global supply chain. You'll lead the development of a capacity‑aligned master schedule, partnering with Demand Managers, Production Control, and Supply Chain teams to balance resources, meet customer needs, and optimize inventory. You'll work a hybrid schedule at our facility in Milwaukee, WI and report to the Global Supply Planning Manager, Americas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.

Nice To Haves

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Three years of experience in manufacturing scheduling, analyzing data relating to product forecasting, master scheduling, asset management, or shipment forecasting.
  • Experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams and external partners to support planning or scheduling outcomes.
  • Proficiency analyzing data using basic statistical methods to interpret forecasts and identify trends.
  • Organize work, in a fast‑paced planning or production‑support environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Global business proficiency and understanding.
  • APICS – CPIM certification.
  • SAP experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Stock Transport Orders to ensure weekly output aligns with S&OP plans.
  • Partner with Demand Managers on product mix, NPI material planning, regional market insights, and product phase‑out plans.
  • Work with Production & Inventory Control Managers to understand capacity constraints and reduce past‑due orders or overtime.
  • Collaborate with Production Control Analysts to balance manufacturing orders based on material and capacity availability.
  • Manage global safety stock and finished goods inventory using defined planning strategies.
  • Develop a monthly 18‑month Supply Plan with Demand Planners for assigned product families.
  • Coordinate with global DMI, regional logistics, and OEM planners to address market limitations and support important projects.
  • Partner with Finance to understand the financial impacts of master scheduling decisions.
  • Monitor and improve master schedule accuracy and effectiveness through ongoing analysis and adjustments.
  • Analyze KPIs; recommend and support plant‑specific improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain partners to improve, enhance customer loyalty, reduce inventory entitlement, and increase productivity.
