Master Plumber
About The Position
Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking a Master Plumber. This role is crucial in revolutionizing home improvement by ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to code. The core focus of this position is the remodeling of tub and shower units only. You will be responsible for reviewing project specifications, determining permitting needs, and maintaining relationships with local inspectors. The ideal candidate will be able to test plumbing systems, modify materials as needed, and ensure all work meets code requirements.
Requirements
- License to operate as a Plumber - State of AL
- Ability to grasp complex concepts and use good judgement
- Ability to follow safety procedures
Responsibilities
- Review company materials including contract, measure documents and pictures to determine job specifications
- Core focus is geared to remodeling of tub and shower units only
- Determine projects that require permitting
- Establish relationships with local inspectors to ensure projects performed to code
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
- Modify length of pipes, fixtures and other plumbing materials needed for projects
