About The Position

GYMGUYZ is the nation's leader in mobile personal training, bringing fitness directly to clients in their homes, workplaces, or other convenient locations. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Master Trainer who is passionate about client results and supporting the growth of our training team. This role is ideal for a trainer who enjoys leadership, values autonomy, and wants to make a significant impact outside of a traditional gym setting. The Master Trainer will deliver exceptional personal training services, maintain high coaching standards, conduct assessments, design customized programs, support trainer development, and contribute to business growth through client relationships, referrals, and community engagement. This position combines hands-on coaching, leadership, and business development to foster the success of clients and the GYMGUYZ brand in the Austin area.

Requirements

Nationally accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent)
Current CPR/AED Certification
Minimum 3 years of personal training experience
Demonstrated success helping clients achieve measurable results
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to travel throughout the Greater Austin service area

Nice To Haves

Experience mentoring, leading, or supporting other trainers preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Sales, assessment, or business development experience preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver in-home and on-site personal training sessions for clients of varying ages, fitness levels, and goals.
Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Design personalized exercise programs tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
Track client progress and modify programming as needed to ensure results.
Maintain exceptional client service and retention.
Travel to client locations throughout the service area.
Maintain accurate scheduling, session notes, and client records within company systems.
Serve as a role model and resource for fellow trainers.
Mentor and support trainers in program design, client communication, and service delivery.
Help maintain training quality standards across the team.
Assist with onboarding and development of new trainers as needed.
Build rapport with prospective clients during assessments.
Support assessment conversion and client retention goals.
Promote the GYMGUYZ brand within the community.
Participate in local networking, referral-building, and marketing initiatives.
Identify opportunities to grow business relationships and community partnerships.
