This position is part of a new franchise in the Huntsville & Decatur areas with an anticipated soft opening of 12 October 2026. Requirements

Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
CPR/AED certified (required)
3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
Proven success in client results and team mentoring
Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Sales and field marketing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead, develop and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
Ensure utilization of GYMGUYZ software applications and compliance with GYMGUYZ branding standards
Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
