About The Position
GYMGUYZ is seeking an experienced Master Trainer to lead by example. This role involves training clients, mentoring other trainers, and contributing to the growth of the local fitness team. Unlike traditional gyms, GYMGUYZ provides personal training services directly to clients at their homes, offices, or other convenient locations. This position is ideal for a trainer with strong experience who is ready to advance into a leadership role, focusing on team development and business growth.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification
- 3+ years of personal training experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Nice To Haves
- Leadership or trainer mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Train clients in one-on-one and small group sessions
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and reassessments
- Create customized workout programs based on client goals
- Mentor and support personal trainers on best practices
- Help maintain high coaching standards across the team
- Track client progress and retention metrics
- Support local marketing and community outreach events
- Partner with leadership on sales goals and business growth initiatives
