Nissan of Concord is looking for an experienced Nissan Master Technician or Nissan Certified Expert Technician to join our growing service department. Requirements
- Nissan Master Technician or Nissan Certified Expert Technician credentials preferred.
- Strong Nissan diagnostic and repair experience.
- Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns.
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information.
- Commitment to quality workmanship, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Nissan vehicles using manufacturer-approved procedures and technical information.
- Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability systems.
- Complete maintenance, repair, and warranty work accurately and efficiently.
- Use Nissan diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and specialized service tools.
- Identify repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
- Work closely with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians to maintain efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Stay current with Nissan training, technology, and certification requirements.
