AMIkids is actively hiring for a Master Level Counselor, with Independent Licensure in the State preferred, but not required. Our Team Members are Essential to the success of our Youth.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related Human Services field.
• Preference is for individuals with the following type of licensure through the South Carolina Board of Examiners for Licensure of Professional Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists or the South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners: LPC LMFT LISW
• Registered Intern Status / Reciprocal licensure for another state may be considered

Nice To Haves

• Independent Licensure in the State preferred, but not required.
• Certified in TF-CBT and EMDR preferred
• Experience working with at-risk youth

Responsibilities

• Perform and ensure that individualized clinical needs are met for our Youth by providing clinical treatment through development, implementation, and general oversight of specialized services (screening, assessments, treatment planning, therapy, crisis intervention, and referrals).
