In this role, you will provide therapeutic services under the supervision of a licensed therapist or psychologist, supporting clients as they navigate mental health challenges and work toward improved well-being. You will deliver a range of services including individual, family, and group counseling, psychotherapy, and behavior modification using evidence-based practices to promote recovery and long-term stability. This position is highly client-facing and may involve providing services both onsite and within the community, including homes, schools, or other community-based settings depending on program needs. Responsibilities may require regular travel within the community to meet with clients, collaborate with community partners, and support care coordination efforts. The use of a personal vehicle may be required, and candidates must maintain a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance in accordance with organizational policies.
