Requirements

HS Diploma/GED.
Successful completion of SFC (or internal equivalent) certification exam with 20+ years experience as a certified flavorist
Authorized to work in the country without the need for employment visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop innovative flavor solutions that meet customer requirements and business objectives, including flavor creation, matching, and concept development.
Collaborate closely with Application, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver successful customer solutions and technical support.
Contribute to the Flavorist Training Program by teaching training modules, with the potential to lead the program on a regional or global level.
Provide technical expertise and flavor creation support to internal and external customers, including participation in customer visits and travel to support global business needs.
Participate in sensory evaluation panels, SFC meetings, and other technical initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and leadership potential, including the opportunity to manage a Flavor Creation team.
