Overview: The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and installation of all electrical systems and equipment throughout the property. This role ensures the safety, efficiency, and reliability of electrical operations in accordance with local codes and property standards. The Electrical Supervisor works closely with engineering management to prioritize and execute daily work assignments, supports capital improvement initiatives, and coordinates with subcontractors to complete property-wide upgrades.

Requirements

  • Monday – Friday 1st Shift with callback rotation for emergencies
  • NH Master Electricians License

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all electrical equipment throughout the property.
  • Receive direction from engineering management on daily work assignments according to hotel needs.
  • Set up electrical exhibits.
  • Clean all work areas after completing a job.
  • Handle day to day electrical problems and assist other mechanics as needed.
  • Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
  • Property wide electrical upgrades
  • Capital improvement projects
  • Coordination with electrical subcontractor.
  • Work to be done in conjunction with local code requirements
  • Answer all guest and associate related Synergy requests
