About The Position

We’re a trusted leader in residential home services across Northern Colorado. We’re growing quickly and looking for a Licensed Master Electrician to join our high-performing team. This field-based role will perform residential electrical installations, repairs, upgrades, and electrical work associated with HVAC installations. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Active Colorado Master Electrician License – Required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed electrician.
  • Residential electrical experience required
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, Colorado electrical codes, permitting, and inspections.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical diagrams.
  • Basic understanding of VFDs, motor starters, and control systems.
  • Ability to work independently and lead/mentor team members.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable using tablets and digital tools in the field.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and upgrades, including panels, service changes, rewiring, and EV chargers.
  • Complete electrical work associated with HVAC installations, including furnaces, air handlers, condensers, thermostats, and zoning systems.
  • Install conduit, MC cabling, motor starters, control devices, and other electrical components.
  • Work with 480/277V and 240/208/120V systems.
  • Read blueprints and electrical diagrams and apply NEC and Colorado electrical codes.
  • Troubleshoot electrical circuits and equipment.
  • Procure materials needed to complete assigned projects.
  • Mentor and oversee apprentice and journeyman electricians as needed.
  • Partner with dispatch, service, and installation teams to complete jobs efficiently.
  • Provide professional, 5-star service and build trust with homeowners.
