About The Position

The Master Data Associate is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of critical business data across systems, processes, and platforms. This role reports to the Head of Master data. The responsibilities include data cleansing and creation, ensuring the consistency, accuracy, and integrity of data across enterprise systems, and the entry, maintenance, and quality control of master data across various systems. The associate will accurately maintain data related to Eataly’s inventory to ensure the integrity of inventory valuation across Eataly departments and locations. They will support the Master Data Team in the creation and maintenance of Master Data records in the WMS and ERP systems, and work closely with various business units locally and globally to gather data requirements and address data-related issues. The role also involves identifying defects and issues, and ensuring that critical data is readily available for analysis, reporting, and operational activities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Experience in Data related activities
Experience with ERP / WMS systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently and with precision, especially with numbers and data entry activities
Ability to effectively communicate to ensure accurate inventory reporting
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders

Nice To Haves

Associates or Bachelor ’s Degree preferred
Experience in the Retail and Food/Beverage industries is preferred

Responsibilities

Data cleansing and creation
Ensure the consistency, accuracy, and integrity of data across enterprise systems.
Entry, maintenance, and quality control of master data across various systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Accurately maintains data related to Eataly’s inventory to ensure the integrity of inventory valuation across Eataly departments and locations.
Supports the Master Data Team in creation and maintenance of Master Data records in the WMS and ERP systems.
Work closely with various business units locally and globally to gather data requirements and address data-related issues.
Identify defects and issues
Ensure that critical data is readily available for analysis, reporting, and operational activities.
