About The Position

Responsible for taking action on coordinating, analyzing and completing requests for Customer and Material Master data setup, changes and validations from cross functional departments. Responsible for ensuring data quality and integrity is maintained by enforcing company governance rules. A key member of Master Data Governance for the customer and material workflow (requester or enhancer) and enforcing MDG company guidelines. Also responsible for completing data fix requests for sales orders due to various reasons.

Requirements

Associates degree or equivalent preferred
0-1 Years of Experience
Experience with SAP (Knowledge of customer master, condition types, info records, PO Creation, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce (knowledge of cases, sales opportunities, CPQ, etc.)
Microsoft Excel proficiency a must- including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, If/Then, etc.
Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
