About The Position

This role is for a highly skilled Automotive Technician who excels in diagnostics, repairs, and delivering consistent, high-quality work. The ideal candidate has proven experience with Kia, Hyundai, or Genesis vehicles and thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing time efficiently. This opportunity allows a master technician with a solid track record in automotive repair and diagnostics to maximize their earning potential, working with modern vehicles and advanced systems and aiming to earn 200+ flat-rate hours per month. Requirements

A proven track record as a Master Technician in the automotive industry
Exceptional diagnostic and repair skills
A deep understanding of automotive systems and technology
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license
A clean driving record
Be able to pass a criminal background check
Be able to pass a drug screen

Responsibilities

Diagnose complex automotive issues with precision and efficiency
Conduct thorough inspections, repair engine failures, address mechanical and electrical systems, and expertly replace parts
Maintain strict adherence to manufacturer specifications throughout the repair and servicing processes
Share your extensive knowledge and mentor other technicians on our Service Team
