About The Position

This role is for a highly skilled Automotive Technician who excels in diagnostics, repairs, and delivering consistent, high-quality work. The ideal candidate has proven experience with Kia, Hyundai, or Genesis vehicles and thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing time efficiently. This opportunity allows a master technician with a solid track record in automotive repair and diagnostics to maximize their earning potential, working with modern vehicles and advanced systems and aiming to earn 200+ flat-rate hours per month. The position is with Tonkin Kia, a premier Kia dealership known for top-notch service, which is expanding its service team and investing in skilled technicians. Requirements

  • A proven track record as a Master Technician in the automotive industry
  • Exceptional diagnostic and repair skills
  • A deep understanding of automotive systems and technology
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • A clean driving record
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Be able to pass a drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose complex automotive issues with precision and efficiency
  • Conduct thorough inspections, repair engine failures, address mechanical and electrical systems, and expertly replace parts
  • Maintain strict adherence to manufacturer specifications throughout the repair and servicing processes
  • Share your extensive knowledge and mentor other technicians on our Service Team
