About The Position

CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a Master Benefits Advisor to support our work at Region 3, MacDill AFB, FL. This role involves conducting transition activities for the VA, including standardized VA Benefits and Services Briefings, one-on-one engagements, pre-separation counseling support, military life cycle (MLC) events, Capstone events, and warm-handover support. The Master Advisor provides leadership and subject matter expertise in areas such as training, logistics, policy, data management, and program controls. They will also conduct training for other Benefits Advisors, leveraging adult learning theory, and serve as a Master instructor delivering established curriculum and training tools, ensuring adherence to training objectives. The role involves identifying potential revisions to course materials based on feedback. Additionally, the position supports the Site Lead with staffing, event management, and logistics at the assigned installation, ensuring effective communication, quality management, and risk management. Responsibilities include operational deployment, non-event activities, travel management, developing coverage models, scheduling field staff training, executing order review and inventory management, participating in leadership teleconferences, informing staff about new policies, executing quality management, delivering onsite activities and post-event data collection, and training new employees on the approved curriculum. External candidates will only be considered if an internal candidate is not selected. The pay rate for this position is $21.54 per hour.
