About The Position

Join Levittown Ford, part of the VIP Automotive Group, as we expand our Ford Pro Elite Commercial Truck Center. We are actively hiring Master Automotive Technicians / Diesel Technicians / Heavy Duty Truck Technicians / Commercial Vehicle Mechanics to work in our brand-new, state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility built specifically for commercial and fleet vehicles. This is a high-income, high-demand technician opportunity with steady work, union benefits, and top-tier shop conditions.

Requirements

Master Technician / A-Level Technician experience required.
Diesel, commercial truck, or heavy-duty repair experience strongly preferred.
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability to produce high flat-rate hours.
Own tools required.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Nice To Haves

Ford certification a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair on diesel engines, gas engines, heavy-duty and commercial vehicles.
Repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and drivability issues.
Utilize Ford IDS and OEM diagnostic systems.
Maintain high productivity and flat-rate performance.
Ensure top-quality repairs and customer satisfaction (CSI).
Document repairs accurately on repair orders.
Collaborate with service team and mentor junior technicians.
