Requirements

Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest.
Self motivated - Wants to maximize flagged hours each week and a desire to grow in your profession.
5+ years of experience as an automotive mail line diagnosing technician/mechanic
Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles.
Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
Professional appearance and strong communication.
A desire for long-term career development.

Nice To Haves

Master A Level Technicians preferred
ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve

Responsibilities

Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix all types of makes and model vehicles for our guest
Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of diesel, domestic and foreign vehicles
Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
Utilize technology to maximize tech hours as well as bay efficiency
Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns
Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
