Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience (ideally 6–10; considered at Master's level with a minimum of 5 years) (Open to candidates with 3-4 years of experience)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Expertise with Asian, domestic, and German vehicles
- Electrical diagnostic skills, rated on a scale of 1–10 (candidates rating 5–8 are acceptable)
- Deep knowledge of automotive systems and electronic diagnostics
- Proficiency with shop equipment including alignment, diagnostic, and A/C tools
- Hands‑on experience with Identifix diagnostics
- Own tools, with documentation of total tool value (in USD)
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret work orders in collaboration with service advisors
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostics
- Estimate time, labor, and parts needed for repairs and maintenance
- Perform high-quality repair and maintenance work on all major automotive systems
- Install parts, components, and systems as needed
- Record inspection results, diagnostic findings, and repair recommendations clearly and accurately
