About The Position
Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking a Master Technician who is energetic, upbeat, and possesses a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for automotive repair and a commitment to doing what's right for customers. This role involves executing high-level automotive diagnostics and repairs, leading the shop with honesty and integrity, staying current with new vehicle technologies, assisting other technicians, and maintaining high-quality control standards. The position also requires a passion for excellence, a focus on growth for oneself and the team, and understanding that true leadership comes through service.
Requirements
- 8+ years automotive repair experience is required
- Team oriented, energetic and have an upbeat attitude
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing any/all types of vehicle systems
- Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Excel at diagnostics, drive-ability and solving electrical problems
- Have the drive and the ability to increase overall shop productivity
- Ability to quickly master factory scan tools
- ASE L1 Master preferred; must be willing and able to attain if not already earned.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive systems instructing and/or Shop Foreman experience is preferred
- Diesel Certification a bonus!
Responsibilities
- Execute the highest level automotive diagnostics and repairs
