The NOW Massage’s interiors have been recognized by the press and influencers for its elevated aesthetic, inspired by exotic destinations from around the world. With boutiques currently open from coast to coast and steady expansion on the horizon, The NOW Massage is looking forward to bringing its thoughtfully crafted menu, healing products, and signature design to cities all over the United States. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchise owner. Your application will go directly to the franchise owner, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise. Requirements
- California Massage Therapy Counsel (CAMTC) certification required.
- Must present a certificate during the interview process and maintain it throughout employment if hired.
- Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage.
- Knowledge of other modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Stretching Techniques, etc.).
- Understand and believe in the benefits of massage therapy.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Close physical contact with guests through massage services.
- Dedicated professional that is motivated and has a great positive attitude.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work at least one PM and one weekend shift.

- Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy who possess the right qualities and demonstrate an innate talent for and understanding of therapeutic massage.
Responsibilities
- Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy.
- Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Stretching Techniques, etc.).
- Maintain service room to standards.
- Ensuring the physical safety and comfort of guests and team members.
