About The Position

The expertise and attention to detail you provide during their treatment will turn moments into memories for our guests.

Requirements

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language.
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
Must be service oriented and capable of communicating effectively with persons involved in all levels of authority, both internally and externally.
One year previous experience as a Massage Therapist
Graduate from an accredited school of massage
TB Clearance required
State of Hawaii Massage Therapist License required
CPR/First Aid required
All Candidates must be in possession of identification proving authorization to work in the United States as defined in the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA).
Applicants must be legally eligible to work the United States

Responsibilities

Perform massage while maintaining the clients comfort at all times
Perform 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 minute massages as required
Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectations
Maintain a clean, hygienic and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order
Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail sales
Constantly maintain up-to-date knowledge of the personal services performed and any revisions in the skin care products or procedures used
Serve as catalyst to promote spa services to Guests and Colleagues
Maintain current professional licenses and certifications
Work with Lead Therapist in the formulation of plans for projects
Answer all questions related to menu items, services performed and products used
Assist guest regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
Maintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guests
Focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
