About The Position

Balance Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking motivated, compassionate, and skilled Licensed Massage Therapists to join their growing team in Beachwood, Ohio. This role offers the chance to practice massage therapy within an established physical therapy facility, collaborating with experienced physical therapists and other healthcare professionals. The company will provide patients and support to help build a caseload, allowing therapists to focus on delivering exceptional care. Massage therapists will provide customized 30-, 60-, and 90-minute massage sessions in private treatment rooms, working with individuals seeking pain relief, injury recovery, improved mobility, stress reduction, and wellness care. Massage therapists are considered valued members of the clinical team and will receive advanced training in various therapeutic techniques.

Requirements

• Active Ohio license to practice massage therapy
• Strong hands-on massage therapy skills
• Professional, dependable, and patient-centered
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn advanced treatment techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively with physical therapists and other team members

Responsibilities

• Provide customized 30-, 60-, and 90-minute therapeutic massage sessions
• Assess each patient’s needs and develop an appropriate treatment approach
• Deliver safe, professional, and effective massage therapy
• Collaborate with physical therapists when appropriate to support patient recovery
• Educate patients about wellness, recovery, and self-care strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Prepare and maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional treatment environment
• Build strong relationships with patients and encourage continued wellness care
• Follow all professional, ethical, privacy, and safety standards
