About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Massage Therapist to join the Spa team at the new OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark in Oklahoma City. This role is responsible for performing professional, high-quality massages and body treatments, assessing client needs, and developing treatment plans to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. The Massage Therapist will be part of a customer-facing team of health and wellness professionals dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction and building loyalty among resort guests and local residents. Requirements

Valid massage therapy license or certification in accordance with local/state regulations.
Proficiency in various massage therapy techniques.
Previous experience as a massage therapist; preferably in a Day Spa environment.
Excellent communication skills; able to speak, read, & write English; able to discuss with clients and provide clear explanations of service.
Personable, customer-centric attitude; providing a friendly and professional demeanor to build client trust & loyalty.
Listening skills to understand client needs/requests and ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain clean and organized work area.
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Coordinate, organize and carry out massage services.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, be personable and helpful to clients.
Demonstrate full knowledge of use and maintenance of spa facility and services offered.
