Requirements

Hold a valid massage therapy license in the state of Colorado.
Possess valid massage therapy insurance in the state of Colorado.
Be reliable and professional.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Ability to provide varying pressure levels during massages, including Deep Tissue techniques.
Willingness to work at least 2 shifts per week.
Availability to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).

Nice To Haves

Experience is preferred, but passionate newcomers eager to grow are welcome.
Ability to work both weekend shifts for an added commission bonus.

Responsibilities

Perform massage services for clients, adapting pressure levels to include techniques like Deep Tissue.
Engage with clients to build strong relationships and create a positive experience.
Create an experience that encourages clients to rebook appointments.
Utilize specialized services such as CBD, Cupping, Hot Salt Stones, Prenatal, and Lymph Drainage for additional commission opportunities.
Work shifts of 5 to 6.5 hours, with a requirement of at least 2 shifts per week, including one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).
