Our Massage Therapists at Cooper Spa believe fitness is beauty! We specialize in restorative, therapeutic and rejuvenating treatments to nurture both body and mind. We are THE FUTURE OF WELLNESS. Join our team as a Licensed Massage Therapist and provide massage services to Cooper Spa clients while educating them about the full menu of spa services and products available.

Requirements

• Current Texas license
• Three to Five Years professional experience or combined experience and education
• Experience in all types of massage and wet treatments
• Great attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform all required services of therapist as stated in the Cooper Spa menu
• Prolonged periods of standing and climb stairs to access various treatment rooms
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform various services to clients as stated in the Cooper Spa menu according to treatment protocols and enhance the customers' experience
• Educate clients on additional treatments available
• Promote and sell retail products
• Re-stock linen shelves in treatment spaces
• Sanitize room and replace linens after each treatment
• Communicate the day-to-day operation to the lead massage therapist
