Balance Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking motivated, compassionate, and skilled Licensed Massage Therapists to join their growing team in Beachwood, Ohio. Balance Solutions will provide the patients and support needed to build your caseload, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care. Our massage therapists provide customized 30-, 60-, and 90-minute massage sessions in comfortable, private treatment rooms. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals seeking pain relief, injury recovery, improved mobility, stress reduction, and ongoing wellness care. At Balance Solutions, massage therapists are valued members of the clinical team. You will collaborate with physical therapists and receive advanced training to expand your knowledge and treatment skills. Requirements

• Active Ohio license to practice massage therapy
• Strong hands-on massage therapy skills

Responsibilities

• Provide customized 30-, 60-, and 90-minute therapeutic massage sessions
• Assess each patient’s needs and develop an appropriate treatment approach
• Deliver safe, professional, and effective massage therapy
• Collaborate with physical therapists when appropriate to support patient recovery
• Educate patients about wellness, recovery, and self-care strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Prepare and maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional treatment environment
• Build strong relationships with patients and encourage continued wellness care
• Follow all professional, ethical, privacy, and safety standards
