About The Position

Lifemark is seeking a passionate Massage Therapist dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Canadians. As a Registered Massage Therapist at Lifemark, you will be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You will act as an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. This role involves developing personalized, evidence-informed care plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, potentially mentoring and leading, staying current with best practices, utilizing modern tools like e-charting, and educating patients and their families on recovery and self-management strategies.

Requirements

  • Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2+ years of clinic experience (preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply!).

  • Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
  • Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
