Requirements
- Massachusetts Massage Therapy and/or Esthetics License
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong guest service background
- Passionate about helping people feel their best

- A strong communicator

- Understanding that technical skill alone is not enough; exceptional guest care, professionalism, and the ability to create meaningful client relationships are essential.
Nice To Haves
- Dual licensure (Massage Therapy and Esthetics)
- Nail Technician license
- Experience with lymphatic therapies
- Interest in holistic wellness, Ayurveda, nutrition, or energy-based therapies
