Requirements

Massage Therapist license in the state of California (preferred).
Proven experience in providing exceptional massage therapy services.
Proficiency (or a keen willingness to learn) in Ayurvedic massage techniques, such as Abhyanga and Shirodhara.
Understanding of principles of anatomy, and physiology.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs.
Ability to commute to Danville, CA 94526 (Required).
Ability to relocate to Danville, CA 94526 before starting work (Required).

Nice To Haves

Expertise in Ayurvedic therapies and treatments.
Knowledge of Ayurvedic medical terminology.
Experience in holistic health assessments.
Familiarity with other therapeutic modalities, including deep tissue and trigger point therapy.
Proficiency in administering various Ayurvedic oil treatments.

Responsibilities

Perform Ayurvedic massage therapy sessions tailored to the individual needs and preferences of clients.
Conduct client assessments to determine the most suitable Ayurvedic massage techniques.
Utilize knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, anatomy, and physiology to enhance massage treatments.
Administer Ayurvedic oil massages, Shirodhara treatments, and other specialized Ayurvedic therapies as needed.
Assist in holistic pain management and overall health improvement through targeted Ayurvedic massage therapy.
Maintain accurate client records and notes on treatment sessions.
