About The Position
The Massage Therapist role at Salish Lodge & Spa involves performing massage and body therapies for guests, maintaining complete knowledge of all Spa Services and products, and adhering to hotel and departmental policies and procedures. The position requires setting up and maintaining a clean workstation, and escorting guests to and from treatments. The company emphasizes a values-based culture and seeks individuals who can create exceptional experiences.
Requirements
- A graduate of an accredited massage school
- One or more years’ experience as a licensed massage therapist strongly preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Experience in body treatments is preferred
- Native American/Alaska Native preference applies under applicable TERO requirements
Responsibilities
- Perform massage and body therapies to guests
- Maintain complete knowledge of: all Spa Services and products
- Maintain complete knowledge and comply with hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
- Set up workstation with necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness throughout shift.
- Escort guests to and from treatments.
