About The Position
The NOW Massage South Bay is a growing, woman-owned small business that invests in its therapists, celebrates their gifts, and creates a supportive environment. We are looking for licensed massage therapists who want to grow, feel supported, and be part of a family. We offer competitive base pay with commissions, request bonuses, and tips, with no mandatory sales goals. Requirements
- Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness.
- License/certification required in California. Must present a license/certificate during the interview process and maintain it throughout employment if hired.
- Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.
- Minimum of 2 shifts per week (availability for at least one PM + one weekend shift; Saturday or Sunday).
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length.
- Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

Responsibilities
- Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy.
- Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Stretching Techniques, etc.).
- Maintain service room to standards.
